I did this awhile back for a CHOW entry over on ConceptArt.org. The topic was Puss in Boots.
Clearly my Puss is a sea-faring cat. Cat O'Nine Tails he's sometimes called. Small detail, hard to see, is the Mouse-Skull and Crossbones medallion round his neck.

I LOVE this kitty, and Cat O'Nine Tails is a perfect name for him.
The claw mark scar over his right eye is fantastic! And the teeny little dreads are too cute.
